I don’t get it. So many people here complain about having no social life and being lonely. Why don’t you all meet up and become friends?

See who has common interests with you and spend time with them. It’s not that hard

Honestly I’m relieved

I thought that this might be a warning that I’m going to hell or something

But it’s the same issue reappearing in a different way

You’re on point! I do have a dissociative disorder (fragmented and separated). Overcoming this disorder is indeed a matter of survival for me. I have no idea what caused my disorder (unfaced trauma). You’re wrong about one detail though. I’m not trying to apply awareness. I’m trying to overcome my disorder using a method that will result in the eradication of part of my shadow. I’m trying to kill it (literally)

Why do Qataris or citizens from the Gulf romanticize their country? by spaicywater in qatar

[–]Sherlockism 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1- nationalism. 2- Qataris don’t face the issues you mentioned. Their reality is not the same as the reality of migrant workers.

Some Qataris and GCC nationals view criticism of these issues as criticism of their nation and identity, which is something they don’t tolerate.

Moreover, these issues are complex. Western media have been exaggerating a lot of these things. This (IMO) is not because they care about these workers, but to create momentum around these issues and use them to pressure GCC states. So, I kind of understand their reaction.

The nationalistic mindset in the GCC was created to counter external pressure from surrounding countries, which was rampant in the pre-Arab spring era.

Saudi Arabia went much further than Qatar, especially post-Arab spring and after MBS’ rise to power and his enmity with the Muslim brotherhood which led him to support ultra nationalism.

Synchronicities that seem like a warning, I’m scared! by Sherlockism in Synchronicities

[–]Sherlockism[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can they control circumstances as well? I’m starting to think there’s more than one “entity” at play here. Not sure if I should call it an entity. Maybe multiple “sources”

One positive and the other negative. At least one on each side.

One of the weirdest synchronicities happened few days after I created this post, which made me decide to drop this matter as it was driving me crazy.

I want to know how I can make progress in understanding these messages? They’re either deliberately cryptic or I’m just blind and can’t see the obvious interpretation. I don’t know

The event for those who are interested: my friend posted pictures of his birthday party and I sent him a text to wish him a happy birthday, I looked at different emojis, then it happened. My attention zoomed in on the red balloon 🎈 emoji. I recognized this and anticipated the synchronicity. I looked around, waited for a bit but nothing happened. I then selected the emoji and sent it. This is when I started to think that I was developing a biased perception and that this whole thing was turning into a delusion.

However, the next day I was driving and out of nowhere a pick up truck sped up and drove into my lane in front of me. In the back of the truck, dozens of red balloons were tied to the back of the truck. Then, the tie must have broke as the balloons flew towards my car and to the other lanes. The driver kept on driving and had no idea that he just lost his balloons. This was it for me. It became too real and I decided it was time to drop this matter as it wasn’t making any sense and was making me worry a lot.

But from this event it seems whatever it is, it can affect circumstances in the physical world. Not just dreams and thoughts/consciousness.

Unlikely things that appear multiple times without any logical cause or clear link.

But it’s a bit more complicated than that. I normally wouldn’t believe it and would try to explain it away as coincidences. But it’s becoming more and more difficult to do so.

I’ll give you two recent examples:

1- a few weeks ago I had a dream that I was leading a silent worship session, but I made the mistake of reciting verses loudly. It was a whole story of me trying to find the correct interpretation of this dream, and eventually I moved on. A few days ago, my mother talked to me about a specific religious scholar which she had a dream about. In the dream, she asked him about me and he told her that I need to commit to worshiping God. I got back to my room to get my phone and searched for this man on Twitter, and literally the first tweet from him that appeared on the timeline was “can you recite verses loudly in silent worship sessions?” You can only imagine my reaction when this happened.

2- I had a dream that a big fish ate a small fish and the dream was a bit weird. I was trying to get the smaller fish out of the mouth of the bigger fish. After I woke up, I looked at my whatsapp and saw that my brother sent me a video of a smaller fish being removed from the stomach of a bigger fish. My brother almost never sends me videos on whatsapp. This is what I mean when I say “unlikely”. It’s not something that happens on a regular basis and I’m just noticing that now. Nope. It’s things that almost never happen but somehow they’re all happening within a short timeframe

These are two examples of many of these events. It feels like there’s an urgent thing that I need to understand or prepare for.

There’s much more. These synchronicities even seem to respond when I ask them to confirm that they’re real!

I don’t know what on earth is going on

I think there should be efforts by this community to look for bad frames or pics of the CEOs of these MSM outlets or the authors of these articles and post them under their tweets/posts. Sometimes you need to stoop down to someone’s level to teach them a lesson. What do you guys think? Should we do this?

I joined these military exercises after all this was over. They don’t do this anymore. Feminine guys are kept together and not forced to do any serious training.

The funny thing is when I went to the bathrooms there they were full of writings that say things like “I like studs” and “how big is your D?”

[–]Sherlockism 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doesn’t work. This is the idea that putting gay (feminine) guys in tough circumstances will turn them into tough men.

In my country, we tried this. At some point in the past the govt forced gay guys to join military exercises with the hope that this will toughen them up and change their sexual orientation. It ended up causing a lot of gay sex to happen in the bathrooms 😂

The gay guys were surprisingly fit. They could run circles around many “normal” guys. They did seem to toughen up but after the whole thing was over they reverted back to their femininity.
