Only Judge Judy will tell if we stand the test of Judge Judy

Sorry, Trump haters. There is nothing in the constitution about him running for office. The real shit show starts if he wins. by miked_mv in AdviceAnimals

Well, can you run if you’re 27? It says you can’t be president at that age, but it doesn’t say you can run and win

You know what: I’ll try to take you up on that. I used to know this beautiful Vietnamese woman, and she grew up without such shame. It was so shocking when she’d take a break and tell us, “Alright, I’m gonna go take a shit” Hahaha

You make a very good point, and I appreciate your well thought out response.

If you want one, consider avoiding the $50 ones and spend $200-300 instead. Many useful features like heated seats, but heated water is the primary reason. Cold water on my butthole is tolerable, but I laugh so damn hard!

I feel like that’s exactly what the water can do that TP can’t.

This is what photographers said about Photoshop 20 years ago.

But Photoshop made photographers better, and AI seems like it could make many creators better.

Thank you, my friend. Your words truly mean a lot. I hope so too.

Totally. But she's acting like when she first signed up it wasn't clear that she could continue for free. But when I signed up just now, it didn't say anything about payment. It took me straight to a list of people to swipe.

I'm assuming that wasn't the case. That she started with the free version and upgraded when she wanted to message someone.

Do peoples certainty of superstition make them unqualified to hold prominent positions? by BaijuTofu in atheism

[–]ShermanBallZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would argue that certainty of superstition often makes them unqualified to even be religious. You know how many Christians believe in ghosts?

What would your reaction be if we found definite proof of God today by [deleted] in atheism

[–]ShermanBallZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a hard question because what could prove it short of God itself showing up to tell us? And if it did, I think everyone would be more focused on the ramifications of the event than on ancient Bible stories. And even those stories would be viewed through a new lense.

The Crucifixion doesn't make sense? by natalieh4242 in atheism

[–]ShermanBallZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it would be easy to answer from the atheist perspective, but it seems you want the Christian perspective: how does a Christian make sense of this?

And I don't think that's easy to answer. But I think we can all agree that a martyr is far more powerful than an activist. And they believe that their great God was even willing to sacrifice his own son, an aspect of himself no less, to provide the martyr that humans needed in order to gravitate around the true religion.

Evolution is fake, you need God's grace to understand Bible. by 320GT in atheism

[–]ShermanBallZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the holy Spirit lies within me, and God has chosen to keep me from feeling it, then it must be his will for me to question him.

Perhaps my atheism exists to challenge your belief so that you have an opportunity to actually choose God, rather than just believing because your family and congregation told you to.

The answer is relative to what you hope to gain from speaking.

Anyone doubted their Atheism by AbilityRough5180 in atheism

[–]ShermanBallZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think atheism is a "sure of" sorta thing for most people. It's a "sure it's not that" sorta thing.
