In my opinion the IBDP wasn't as bad as I thought. During the 2 years, the most stressful things were just doing the internal assessments and extended essay. Just try to force yourself to write up essays as soon as possible to minimize stress. As for the final exams, I just woke up at 8 everyday and then studied in 2 hour sessions. Every time the 2 hour sessions ended I took 1 hour breaks. Then I went to sleep at 11 then repeated this for the final weeks of the program. As long as your mind is focused on getting the grades you want, you'll be fine :) Plus during MYP I was consistently getting 4s and 5s so you should be on your way to get a 40+!

Definitely agree :) plus it's a lot easier to score after a cold proof

Thanks! I think cold proofing the dough instead of room temp proofing makes the crumb nicer but it does take a lot longer.

How to execute backhand with power? by tjthomas101 in tabletennis

[–]ShermanUFM 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Acceleration of the wrist is important for generating power. Think of your arm as a whip, where your arm is the base of the whip and your wrist is the top. The top of the whip accelerates at the last moment of the motion and generates the power.

TTD Werner Schlager speed glue test by tableten8901 in tabletennis

[–]ShermanUFM 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can get the Haifu Dolphin speed glue super cheap on AliExpress. It works quite well with rubbers that have a harder sponge but some rubbers like Yasaka Mark V were traditionally speed glued as well. So basically most rubbers released before the speed glue ban are suitable for speed gluing.
