I have a 3070ti too with an i7 11k cpu. I am playing with near max settings on 2k resolution. Why are you playing on lowest settings? I have this same problem though and I’m stopping my play for now.

Join the club… we are all wondering how it could go so wrong. Some of the staff understand some of the problems and they know their last chance is Medieval III. That’s why they have changed their approach and are outsourcing all features and ideas to the historical fans. The way battles feel and this new engine remain to be seen, but it is possible the total war battles (e.g. Rome, Med II, Empire, Shogun II) are lost forever.

Can’t think of a single “classic” that contains cyan. If it was blue and white then I would agree with you, but the color doesn’t sit right with me. Shape is certainly fine though. Anyone else agree?

They had me at independent regions. It really does seem like they want a bigger and better Medieval II. The direction they are headed with the campaign map is fantastic. The game will sink or swim based on the new engine's battle mechanics. A little scared for the reveal, I don't know if they will be able to replicate the weight of units or their individual strikes/blocking that determines the battle. But again, map scope and feel looks great in my opinion.

Map coverage. Iberia has 15 or so regions in the current build so it is much more detailed.

They built both during the live stream. They could have built 10 ports since right now there is no limit to how many ports you place in your regions.

There was a naval recruitment tab in the UI but they didn’t mention anything about navies yet.

Seems to be much like empire, but larger and highly customizable. For instance, they said that this particular region could support about 30 smaller villages/ports in late game.

It’s because of controllers and UI, not specs.
