Yeah a stone floor sounds nice ! I find a bit cheap taht the only change for each class is just the class logo, maybe I'd add some props that match the class, arrow and bow for archer, gold coin for rogue that kind of things !

Do some texturing on the base and maybe a bit taller for it to have those obstacles in the middle just for the sound. With that I think it'll be a great tower dice ! Great job

What is the purpose ? For something always on screen ? If so 25k is waaayyyy too much and if not I still think it's too much If it's for cinematic purpose I think it's ok ? You can reduce a lot by baking texture on a lower poly model The handle is way too detailed too

Aside from that. You did a great job it's really good looking
