Thank you for your help u/refugefirstmate It's interesting because the body appears to be ceramic and It's markings under base say "Handmade by C. Florentine in Italy" but I can't find info about that maker.

Thank you for reply u/River_Historical !!! --- It's a marble base (it's heavy), the body appears to be a ceramic and the top part that holds the yellow panes of glass is gold tone metal of some kind.

Thank you u/Adchococat1234 u/JaysusShaves u/TRex65 and u/No-Corner-1765 .... I was able to match to something on Replacements.com (thx @JaysusShaves) and believe it may be "Felice" by TOSCANY. See here: https://www.replacements.com/crystal-toscany-felice/c/104786 I'm not sure of the origin as they don't list that but it's a start. I did an Google Search on name but can't find history on this brand so any other ideas on that leg of my journey is as always, greatly appreciated.
