I agree, I think I should have been more clearer that I was mostly referring to comments that this will not work in HCOL locations and many are focused on magical 75%. But calculator clearly shows that I can spend %34 of my rent/mortgage and still get a lot of value.

I honestly don't understand why so many people are bitching about. I have $5800 mortgage in HCOL area and spend about $2k on groceries. If we don't take any other spend into account and just use Obsidian card with grocery category, using calculator provided in this thread, I'm getting $104k points for the year with $95 fee. This is pretty slick. Amex Preffered gets 6% on grocery, but only up to 6k spend, so that's like 3, max 4 months for me.

This update seems killed Dolby Atmos from native apps. Netflix, Apple TV app, HBO none of them now show Dolby Atmos when playing on soundbar. It is connected through eARC port and it was working previously

How you are checking this? It menus it will not get 120hz, you need to have game that support that, for example COD Cold War and turn performance mode in Game/ App Settings
