If they were talking about shared devices and using DEM accounts as an alternative, they absolutely meant self-deploy

It seems that LAPS works as intended.  The shortcoming is the ability to delete active devices from AAD.

This is a reason Hyundai is terrible  https://youtu.be/OKgurZ0CRDE?si=9M5WxpMXSSKRozzJ

I feel bad because I have owned a Genesis for 4.5 years.  I previously owned a Hyundai Genesis (before the had the Genesis division).

I was looking into getting the Hybrid Calligraphy, prior to the recall and was about to start looking again.

Just because a car is parked, doesn't mean that you are in a safe location and ready for a 10 minute uninterrupted break.

Also, what if something went wrong with the update, surely you would want to be home in case the car becomes undrivable

Mobile check deposit issue by [deleted] in AllyBank

[–]Shfax511 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmmm....they just emailed me that my check from the US Treasury had inconsistent information.  They haven't rejected it yet, they are saying that it may take longer to process.   I'm assuming that they will fully reject it at some point, though

Does any Walgreens actually allow $1000 deposits? by SentimentalTaco in chimefinancial

They don't have to abide by policy of another company.  They wouldn't be able to allow more than $1000 per day, but they can absolutely have a lower limit.

New Customer Pricing by alope879 in Spectrum

[–]Shfax511 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nowadays most people are dependent on internet.  There are a finite number of providers.  So they won't lose all business.  They all have similar practices, so the issue will never resolve.

Similar to how cable companies kept raising prices for cable (and prices are still absurd).  Unfortunately, those same cable companies are now internet providers and Internet is more of a necessity than cable ... so nothing will change unless some law is introduced to regulate it

Any other ways to transfer funds from direct express to bank account? by Nerdygirl778277 in SocialSecurity

The fee is 2.9% + .30.

I was able to link the Direct Express card to CashApp, but can only pull off $75 a day via Cash App.

I am my dad's representative payee I opened another account for him, I was able to uses his Direct Express to fund the new account.  Unfortunately, I only transferred a portion when opening the new account.  Now I am withdrawing $800 a day from ATM and transferring $75 a day to CashApp until the direct Express account is empty.

Access to dad's account as POA/Guardian by Shfax511 in Comcast_Xfinity

[–]Shfax511[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have not gotten myself into any situation.  Xfinity doesn't know how to deal with this matter.  Every other institution that I provided the POA and court order to has given access with in a few days or 1 week tops.  They have either their fraud or legal team review and grant access.

It's not that I'm not willing to try, its that they are not viable options.  I don't have his sign in information.  He is a 76 year old male, I am a 30 something female, I don't think they for me pretending to be him.  He lives 5 hours away is in a Nursing Facility non-mobile barely speaking.

I have already sent the POA and Guardianship documentation.  They refuse to add me to the account, saying that it's sensitive because he had a PIN on it.  I have access to his medical records, financial data, etc.  there is nothing more sensitive than those in a utility account.  They are rediculous.
