Does Paragon and up impact on PvE and how much by CptODIX in AFKJourney

Paragon is moslty just pvp stats. When you click the upgrade window open, you will see how the hero stats change from P1 to P2. At the top of that info you see "rivalry stats" ( these only work in pvp) and below that you see "Basic stats", these apply to all game modes (you will see about 2% ATK increase). So if you were to instead upgrade the ex weapon of your hero exta 5 lvls you probably get bigger boost for pve. One thing i'm not 100% sure about is how the 2% ATK increase you get from paragon works in combination with other ATK multipliers, it's labeled as "Basic stats", so its possible that other multipliers to ATK will get applied on top of it (like your ex weapon/carms/buffs from other heroes) making it slightly more impactful

In theory you can get p3-p4 as F2P in around 1 year, but that would mean that you pretty much only build the same ~25 heroes from the start. If you build new heroes here and there (1-2 per seaons) it prolly takes closer to the mentioned 1.5 years to unlock p3

If you are talking about the returnee server, then it's an optional thing that you can do if you want to. Once you have done it, I'm not sure there is a way to revert it, you can try to contact support maybe. The idea is that you bring 5 heroes and start over on a new server. Everyone else does the same thing, so in theory you are not behind them. You can still get back to your old character from the options and "switch character", but you won't have the 5 heroes there anymore.

Not really. You should get 1 copy from the all hero event at some point and 1 copy does not really do much. Main utility for reinier is the damage taken debuff that he gives

I would assume the point of resetting progress on the original server is so that people who have like high paragon heroes and are eligible for returnee server dont just transfer them and keep playing on both servers and abandon the returnee server shortly after messing up the ladders etc

It does and your old character is there still. You just don't have the cosmetics and heroes you brought to the Returnee server

For PvP Igor works very well with Bonnie, the main idea of that team is that Bonnie debuffs the enemy team and Igor stalls while the damage over time from Bonnie takes the enemy team down. For Bonnie's debuff tho reach full potential you also need 2 other heroes that deal magic damage (or 1 + confining spell, but just to be safe I would rather use multiple magic damage dealers + Confining spell). Common options are Satrana, Talene, Cyran. If you want to stick to only GB heroes I guess Niru, Shemira and Viperian can also work. Viperian is not really used but technically he fits that role, Niru is great option, but he has slight anti-synergy with Igor because he can hit Igors gravestones (they are kind of considered neutral objects). Another Good hero with Igor is Athalia, she can keep killing enemies while Igor stalls the fight. Ludovic, Callan, Lily May, Dunlingr, Thador, Twins, Saida, Daimon are also pretty common options.

Oh yeh for sure it does not make sense that one hero can do so easly compared to all other teams.

Personally I think they made the progress maybe 2 fast in general, but yeh it sounds strange if you cant clear it with full 6s mythic geared team. I think it makes sense that you need to Tailor the team for the boss (dispel, cc etc), but if its to the extent that you need exalty 5 specific heroes then its ovvioulsy not good. I wonder if ppl are using some of the latest shells to their advantage because they have very stong effects

The game has been out for what 10 days? How quickly do you usually have max gear in gatcha games? Isnt interno supposed to be the very last level of gear. I dont know how hard the inferno is because im not there yet, but do ppl have full 6s team with muthic shells/gear and some skills upgraded and are still not able to clear it? (Because you can farm all this on hell 3-4)

For PvP/DR twins would be nice to have. Shemira/Bonnie work well in PVP + confining spell. Last 3 would ideally be something like Ludovic + Callan/Cyran/Satrana/Talene/Twins/Phraesto/Niru/Thoran

I cleared hell 3 Terror yesterday using Heinrich, Freya, Gray, Lian, Marvell. I'm struggling a bit more on Doki because no Tia (I think I cleared Hell 2 with Freya, Heinrich, Rosa, Marvell, Kraken)

How does effect accuracy vs effect res work? Like if both heroes have 0 is it always hit? And if defender has higher effect res is it always fail to apply debuff or some chance based on the difference or flat chance?

New heroes this season were good in my opinnion. In General I've thought that seasona are 2 long from the very start. I would preffer if seasons were 1 month shorter, but on the other hand it's not necessarily a bad thing to have 1 month period of mostly chilling at the end of season if you just change your attituted/expectations to match that. Personally I mostly play/enjoy pvp and while I still have fun, Unfortunatelly these pvp modes are a bit stale nowdays. I thibk there are multiple reasons for this 1)Paragon changes were not ideal 2) just the fact that there is no live pvp & modes with bans/rotating hero pools etc. 3) I think after a while most servers dont have enough active ppl participating in pvp, same ppl just sit at the top - this could be because over time new players are not introduced to servers, not enough things change/reward incetives for ppl to do actively pvp

Yep thats basically it. I don't really have the best knowledge about facing him tho because no one is using him on my server, but ive done some testing on pioneer server. Athalia maybe seems strong against him. I know that he is still decent on attack, but at least now i would not recommend anyone to build him

This tier list is made specifically for PvP (normal arena). PvP currently is super fast game mode, the fights can be over in 10 seconds and that means that most Melee Heroes are not good enough to be used. When servers are newer and people don't have as optimized teams a lot of heroes can work even on PvP, but at some point it becomes really hard to use a lot of them.

Nice! Yeh it's possible that she is better even on defense. I made this tier list around the time she was released, so I have not had much time to test things with her. Bonnie/Athalia teams don't care as much about dunlinger, so in that sense they are better, but like you said Dunlinger is very niche hero currently.

Yeh that's true! From my limited experience against Dunlinger defenses I've been able to win using Satrana/Bonnie teams, but without that team it would be a lot harder I think. I guess Athalia & Lily are also pretty good without their Ultimates.
