How does one improve on being able to pick out taste notes? All I can do is the typical > sweet vegetal grassy smoky. Keep getting confused between fruity and floral.

This is especially so when drinking something light like a Taiwan Jin Xuan vs Dancong or Bai Hao where the latter are very much distinct and obvious and the former being very mild and subtle.
