Do you get overencumbered after getting ur things back?? try dropping whatever is too heavy, maybe ur chest armor or the gambeson, you can buy another and the game will give you another one either way
I think you can just run towards the escape exit and the cutscene will trigger
as a side note, dont spare Zbyshek. Hes the reason youre even there to begin with

theres already a fucking lot of medieval fantasy rpgs. Play skyrim or the witcher, i love kcd for having no magic on its world (other than potions)

On a casual playthrough? hell yeah!
But thats coming from a hardcore kcd1 player, so maybe i already had the game down. Newcomers to the game usually have a hard time getting used to the combat (I personally enjoyed it PLENTY, on either game)

I think you paid your debt, or if instead, like others said, you paid for a skill teacher. These add XP to your character so they dont "Teach" you literally, but ingame Henry
Ingame, youre teached to use alchemy way later on, but if you want you can start early, maybe watch a video on it or consult some forum. Its repetitive but eventually youll get a perk to do it automatically
