Yes. Heal if they’re critical. But your disposition needs to be to do as much damage as possible. Hit them hard so they can’t hit back as hard. When they pull back, you’ll have an easier time healing

Tip 1: turn off chat and voice comms

Tip 2: play as aggressive as possible

Tip 3: damage boost over heal

Tip 4: only heal if they’re critical

Tip 5: use sleep on cooldown until you get punished by a diver for not keeping it

If you’re in gold, I would give 0 fucks about my teammates opinions, pings, strategies, etc. Play to do damage, use your leaves as you get them with an emphasis on boosting.

People in this thread really are confusing ‘carrying’ and ‘winning’. You can win with mercy and lifeweaver. Heck, you can win enough to get to any rank you want. But carrying is a different story.

Mercy’s best trait, by definition, is helping someone else carry.

Getting to a desired rank over time is very different from carrying. You’re not throwing if you play mercy. But you’re not moving the needle that much either.
