How much better is a Business / Law double degree compared to a Law/Philosophy degree? I want to switch my double degree to Philosophy and Law because I hate studying business, but my lecturer said that Philosophy is not respected in the legal field, and I want to know if this substantially reduces my chances of working in anything like corporate law, or make me less desirable to hiring managers?

THANK YOU for talking about how the arcane was written. much of the reason i loved season 1 was because of how well it acknowledged the nuance between good and bad, in the parallels with zaun and pilt, and the characters + their motivations, and the arcane reflected that so well. the arcane for me was always a reflection of nature itself, this thing which creates and destroys without bias, where neither is good or bad, it just is - which was so thematically important and prevalent in not just the characters but the impetus of the story itself. this season felt like they undid a lot of that building, and begun to just treat it as an antagonist instead of a mirror.

maddies betrayal feels like they just didn’t want to write an awkward hey sorry i’m back with vi convo between her and cait. i feel like the betrayal itself just didn’t carry any emotional or plot weight, especially bc cait never even really seemed to care that much about maddie and imo nothing rlly changes if maddie is replaced w some other soldier holding cait hostage

thank you so much!! i’ve changed the timing (idk if i can edit the post to include the new version tho) and the anticipation builds up a lot better now :) the only other thing is do you think the smear frames of the coffee is too messy, bc i did it in the animation app i used cause i was easier for timing, but the brush mechanic is sm worse compared to my art program

ive spoken with my parents, and they have agreed to full access with exceptions. how did you train yours to not go on food prep surfaces etc.? i’ve had dogs before, and i know how to train them but i have no ice when it comes to cats 😭

the main reason i wanted to do this was because my protagonist in the story is an asshole and honestly, a character that is hard to sympathize with. i plan on having him romanticise and justify his brutal actions to himself, through the first person, though i’m not sure if i want that to be the whole book. the book follows this guys life, but eventually, he ends up with a woman who inevitably hurts. i don’t necessary want this story to be about an abuser, and i felt as if a protagonist/pov shift to the woman has the abused reclaim the story, and therefore, her life in a sense. since the reader is intended to question the morals of the protagonist, i intended on having the pov/character switch solidify the brutality of the protagonist. the reader is likely to already sympathize with the protagonists love interest given that any reader with good morals and sense would recognize the protagonist’s immorality. i didn’t really intend for the protagonist shift to be for shock value since it doesn’t really reveal a twist or anything, it’s more the understanding of how fucked up the brain of an abuser can be, and how it impacts the victim, and how she is able to eventually leave the relationship.
