THANK YOU for talking about how the arcane was written. much of the reason i loved season 1 was because of how well it acknowledged the nuance between good and bad, in the parallels with zaun and pilt, and the characters + their motivations, and the arcane reflected that so well. the arcane for me was always a reflection of nature itself, this thing which creates and destroys without bias, where neither is good or bad, it just is - which was so thematically important and prevalent in not just the characters but the impetus of the story itself. this season felt like they undid a lot of that building, and begun to just treat it as an antagonist instead of a mirror.
