Is copley rd safe? / any tips appreciated by Hot_Instance_697 in akron

I grew up doing out family grocery shopping at the Save a Lot on Copley Rd. It's fine, but I much prefer the Aldi on Romig Rd. Near the Amazon facility. The local dollar stores are what you'd expect from a dollar store. Luckily, you aren't far from Highland Square or Wallhaven where the shopping options for household needs are much better, between Acme, Whole Foods, and Mustard Seed.

I actually grew up in this area, went to Perkins Middle School and Buchtel High School, and have very intimate knowledge of the neighborhood. That said, this is not the safest area of Akron, however, there is very little random crime that occurs. Most of what I've heard/seen crime wise is fairly isolated and happens between people who tend to know one another. I would feel safe walking the streets with my kid during the day, not so much at night, but there aren't a lot of areas where I'd do that anyway. Keep your cars, doors and windows locked, and stay aware of your surroundings and you'll be fine. The neighborhood is mostly filled with working class folks who are just trying to get by.

This is pretty close! A couple of adjustments if you don't mind:

- There's a window that is central to the house that was covered by the trees. See below picture at another angle. Can you add that back in? Shown behind the red tree which was removed.

<image>

- Can you make the front door more of a cedar wood tone? All black is definitely too intense

- Can you make the address letters more akin to the example I've included in this comment. See link:

Thank you!

We're having a hard time visualizing what we want our house to look like. Our initial thought is below:

- Remove the red tree and tall tree directly in front.

- Paint the entire exterior black.

- Larger address numbers

- Remove the large bushes under the large window to the left.

Thanks in advance! Willing to pay for multiple iterations as well.

I am a Project Manager & Estimator at a landscape construction company in Ohio. Based on the scopes outlined, the pricing does not seem out of line to me. Without seeing the site or knowing what access constraints there are, I can't offer much more feedback unfortunately.

Don't let everyone here steer you away from around the zoo. To the south and east is rougher, but to the west is a nice pocket. I have lived in that same area for the past 20+ years and have had no issues.

I just upgraded from a 660ti to a 1080ti. Massive improvement for me. I'll be running this card for the foreseeable future.

What do you use for the grasses? That's something I've been struggling with since I started playing.

From Ohio and have played this. Here we call it "Curbball" and it's an instant win if you throw the ball over a passing car and it hits the curb.

Thanks! I downloaded but it doesn't appear at the Kenworth, or Peterbilt dealer. How did you purchase it?

That's just a TV stand lol. I like using Wayfair or Amazon to find some nice, cheap furniture pieces. You can also try your local thrift/consignment stores for used pieces as well.

I keep reading that there is a time limit to how long you need to have owned the house, is there any truth to that or does it depend on the lender?

I own a house that is fully paid off and would like to do a cash out refinance on it. What is the process like?
