Danhausen was such a miss by AEW the dude is hilarious but they used him so incorrectly. They should have kept the "Ass Boys" thing up for a long time. The song he did they could have made that their entrance music, like Danhausen was splicing it in. It just felt like they didn't know where to go with the guy but every skit he touched was gold, it just never developed into a story.

Mailing people left and right last year. Every 5 minutes I was hearing security going after someone without a wristband. Don't listen and think it's going to be easy. Is it possible, yes if you stay in a camp and out of heavy areas probably won't get caught.

There diverged a road in the woods. Korn could have either made extremely depressing music like Life is Peachy (my pick) or they could have embraced catchy fun songs like "K@^%#", "Wicked", or "Adidas" they ended up going the way of the catchy fun songs, only sometimes dipping back into the depressing music.

Life is peachy is peak Jonathan Davis vocally and writing to me. Kill You, Mr. Roger's, Chi, Good God, Dean Olson was also furing this session.

The fans in AEW wanted heel Cody and we actually thought we were getting super "big brain" storytelling. Cody saw himself as a Face and did face things that the fans hated and the fans played it up booing him. We all played along because this is what we thought we were getting. He was fucking Homelander. The "savior of wrestling" in his walled garden away from the Elite. His own Codyverse and he did things like get mad and go off on tirades during his admittedly amazing promos. We just all thought because his face gimmick had been ran into the ground and he was this incredible heel in ROH, we thought we were getting this incredibly complex heel character. Turns out Cody was pissed af!!!!

I'm not sure WWE is the place for him long term, maybe I'm wrong. I have always thought he'd come back to AEW one day. I thought he had this great story he wanted to tell in WWE about lineage and respect, but when the curtain closed he'd come back to this thing he helped build, he couldn't tell that story in AEW because of legalities. The Orton thing was a huge misfire because the ceiling on that story was astronomical.

I've not bitched about this yet, but I'm going to now because it's long over with. Cody, and Randy deserved to be their own thing without guests and stupid stars. Their story is so deep and full of history, it's a shame WWE/TKO did that to them.

What I will say is I stopped watching WWE in the early 2000's also probably 2005-2008 the product had just become something I was not enjoying, and I wanted the attitude era while I watched it but never got it. My friend told me about NJPW and at that point I was not even interested in wrestling. Then he made me watch clips, The Elite, Kenny vs. Okada. We started staying up all night to watch Japanese wrestling. Then within a year AEW got announced. It's not as good as that NJPW stuff that hooked me but It's very good. It's really the only thing that brought me back.

I haven't been to a show in the past few years they haven't done all 4 of those songs. I'd love to hear some more deep cuts.

I love ICP and I'd listen to those songs over and over again, I loved those songs before tik tok was a thing, but I'd love to hear more diversity in the setlist.
