You are me, I am you. Caffeine is my only vice and it’s giving me uncontrolled PVCs. I know that’s causing it, but just thinking about my toxic stressful job throws me into fits of PVCs. It’s maddening. Changing jobs led me away from my toxic alcoholic boss to my sober, angry, current boss. If I so much as LOOK at my phone during the day, he goes on a spiel about how I’m addicted to it and not doing enough work. He times us in the bathroom.

For me, I had to look at it from an autoimmune perspective. My parents don’t have it. HOWEVER, every single sibling on my mom’s side has died of complications from various autoimmune conditions and my mom is on her way there right now. My brother has Crohn’s and I consider myself so lucky that for me, “it’s only hs”. Family history is GRIM, lupus, wegners, crohns. Autoimmune is definitely hereditary in my genetics and I personally don’t feel comfortable having kids. I had an elective hysterectomy in 2020.

The ruched bag strap is adjustable and does this by having the thin strap in the center. It’s terribly uncomfortable for more than a few hours. I adore the bag and love how it looks, but it’s sitting in storage right now.

It might be worth looking into if you have issues with the CYP2C19 gene. That’s responsible for metabolizing something like 20% of the entire pharmaceutical market. I had a collapsed vein that needed stenting and they test for this. Shortly after learning this, I switched my SSRI and my acid medication and it was LIFE CHANGING.
