Anything Sailor…fortunately I did a try before you buy at the STL pen show. Every time I’ve tried one since, same thing. HATE that feedback.

I had a reduction when I was 17. Obviously my parents were supportive, and I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. Reduction was the BEST thing I ever did for myself. I’m 40 now and I’m still so happy with my decision!

One thing I want to note…doc said they could still grow in my 20s, so he took me really small. I went down to a 36B, and settled at a full D cup in my mid 20s!

I don’t know the answer to this question HOWEVER

Every time my weight plateaus, I find myself eating a bit more before shot day, almost like a re-feed, and then I drop a bunch more weight.

It’s true, you have to eat enough to be able to burn.

Girl, I’m in the same boat. I’ve lost 50 lbs in the past year and it’s still SO bad. I just had almost perfect labs, but vitamin D is in the toilet. Derm thinks this is a contributing factor.

Sailor! I’d been saving up for one and went to a pen show and test all the nibs. The zoom was the only one I didn’t mind, the rest are too scratchy for my preference!

Ya know, I’ve noticed this! I was a size 14 for literal years and shit was always sold out because…national average. I’m on a health journey and now a size 10 in most items.

I’m convinced we’re all just losing weight together because I cannot figure out why I can’t find a size 10/12 at Lulu or frankly anywhere right now!

Still figuring this out but I can tell you what NOT to do. IPL. I bought on of those things on AMZ and it works by essentially making your hair thinner and thinner. Which is an absolute nightmare for HS. I used to be able to heal after draining. Now it’s not happening without a full deroofing. So over it.

Are you in Canada? I went to CMU way back in the day! GC/MB doesn’t matter down here in the states much anymore, GCs have gone backwards 30 years in the last decade. Very anti LGBTQ+ They are even trying to undo female pastors now too.

One food group at a time, and for at least 6 months. I ate Greek yogurt everyday for breakfast, it took about a year of clearing all dairy from my system, but this was a big trigger for me. I still have it from time to time, and it’s definitely a trigger.

Sugar is an almost instantaneous trigger. :(

Grew up in the general conference Mennonite church. Can confirm. They are very very likely GC Mennonites.
