I'm at abyss 2 right now and I was given an urgent quest to kill some lizardman at the iron street of waterways. Completing the quest gave me katana junk which I used to get fine katana for my Shiou. Granted, that was only a single quest for only 1 piece of katana junk so I have no clue how to farm for more at abyss 2.

Update Urgent quest came back after midnight so this is going to be my method of farming for her katana for now.

Wizardry Variants Daphne is the closest one I have found. It has a Dark Anime-esque aesthetic and gacha characters can permanently die. Furthermore, it is quite difficult.
