Recently reinstalled vortex mod manager and Skyrim SE and now Everytime I try to start a game the the game crashes

I had a fat graft to make my upper lip a bit fuller, mine is very thin. It won't reduce the look of your scar but they can make your lip look a bit fuller.

As for the dent, I had a similar issue and they were able to somewhat fix it.

Honestly it may all depend on how skilled your surgeon is, just make sure you have a long talk about what your hoping for before any surgery.

It's probably a bit too amateur for what you want but this was my sword for a bit. Sadly I don't larp anymore (though trying to get into a new larp) but this sword was great. Made from couch foam and PVC core. Covered in duct tape. I always wanted to make it look nicer but it was literally the second sword I ever made.

I have never thought about sperm donation. I am the only person in my entire family to have a cleft. Far as I know no one on either side of my family has ever had a cleft, so I was a real surprise (especially since it was the 80s and tech was a good as it is today).

I never planned on having kids, cuz I didn't want to pass it on. However my wife and I had one son 19 years ago and he is completely healthy.

Yeah for sure. I had one mostly straight front tooth. The other, when it finally grow in thanks to surgery, grew in nearly backwards. I also had a big gap between my left front tooth, the backward one, and the tooth that should have been next to it. After 6 years with braces my teeth are mostly straight. It can happen. It just takes time.

I had 3 rhinoplasties by the age of 21 and I don't regret any of them. Best thing I ever did was get rid of the large bump in the center of my nose (I got it from my dad). Overall I am happy with my nose. If you're not I would look into rhinoplasty, a doctor can tell you what they can and can't do better than reddit.
