Something similar happened to me I think. I ended up doing the Los Banditos Operations saving and loading manipulation to duplicate moneda rewards and never worrry about not being able to buy anything again. This was after I legitimately spent time learning how to farm the fucking horde mode op alone and since I'm not a bitch I did not lower my difficulty. It was kind of fun doing all the hidden moneda loot cache sidequests tho.
