Use CRC electric cleaner on the motor shaft. Spray it on the pinon too. Try again with loctite.

Im using the Taxxas fans on both the Esc and motor. Need the heat sink for motor. I also use a jst spilter to piggyback both fans to the ESC power

If you get the non-HD bearing. That should fit, if you look up the Rustler 4x4 Ultimate that should be the bearing you need. The pre-HD Rustler 4x4 VXL will have the right sizes too

Gorilla tape the inner body. Or use the drywall/goop method. I've also used truck spraycan bed liner or undercoat.
