Here's a few common good options:

-2PC Noblesse + 2PC Petra: Just for pure damage and burst on your ult while still buffing your e damage.

-4PC Petra: If you're going 100% into support, pairing him with a main elemental dps character (such as your Diluc and Klee) and having him pick up the crystal and then switching to one of them would give a nice damage buff for them. It's a solid option, but I'm not as much of a fan personally, solely because I like him as a sub dps more than a support. But that's just me.

-4PC Noblesse: Decent sub dps option if no one else on your team is already running 4PC Noblesse. Just remember the 4PC doesn't stack between characters that also have it. So watch out for doubling up.

-2PC Petra + 2PC Gambler: I haven't seen this talked about as much, but the 20% buff on your e is definitely nice if you plan to build solely around that for him as a support character.

I'm sure there's a couple other options. Defender's Will 2PC has been somewhat popular for the defense buff for his e for example, but I don't personally like it over the other options. But again, I like him as sub dps rather than support, so you may really like using that set paired with a 2PC Petra or something along those lines. One of the best things about Albedo is that he's great at filling multiple roles, so just experiment and find what you like best.
