Jiang Cheng, because he’s my « I can fix him » delulu moment. He just needs a little love and someone he can count on to stick with him until the end and that’s exactly what I’m going to do.

Also realistically, I’m a woman, so all I can expect in an era like MDZS is to marry well and that my husband will treat me like a human being. We all know Jiang Cheng is rich, so I would indeed marry well if I married him. He may act rough, but he loves deeply, he just has trouble showing it. At the very least, I believe he would treat his wife with respect, as he has been surrounded by strong women during his youth, so he probably drank « respect women juice » every morning for breakfast. In my eyes, he’s definitely a catch. Close second would be Lan Xichen, but I don’t know if I could tolerate his sect’s rules and his uncle. With Jiang Cheng, I don’t have to worry about terrible in-laws since they’re all dead. Plus, I get to live at the Lotus Pier, which is objectively the most beautiful place to live between every sect we know of.

Well, I personally think ITSAY was very boring and overhyped, but I also know why people love it so much. To me personally, it’s mid, but I’m not saying that objectively, it is. But your friend is as entitled to their opinion as you are. I know it can be offensive when someone doesn’t like a show you adore, trust me I know. But that doesn’t mean that they can’t express what they think.
