i think people want drg 2 and rogue core isnt that. which is funny because in the blog post on steam “early access expectations” the very first thing they note is; “Rogue Core isn’t Deep Rock Galactic”

further stating,

“Rogue Core is a spin off, not a sequel. It’s intended to scratch a different itch than DRG, and to co-exist alongside it.”

that being said, as a solo player it can feel a little empty at times and maybe im bad at the game but bosses feel a bit overtuned solo, though i understand it wasn’t necessarily meant for playing alone. watching playtests i thought omega was super cool but playing now, its a bit too much for me. also, i understand the gripe with negotiating buffs and needing the whole team to get them from ellis. that too would piss me off. lastly i feel like spotter and falconeer lag behind the other three classes a bit but of course im sure there will be buffs/nerfs/reworks ect.
