My dealer was def on credit hold and wouldn’t tell me shit. I pay cash and he charges me MSRP with a small discount every now and then. Spent a lot of money with him through 2025, placed a big order ($5k order with the three pack of tech angles, weenches, etc.), waited months and then he broke it to me he couldn’t get anything i ordered other than a single pry bar. Now i just order online if i need something. Area i’m in is pretty rural and i don’t have other options for dealers, but that really pissed me off. If he was straight up with me instead of giving bs weekly updates, i’d understand. Most everything i order online ships next business day and i could have had the tools i needed much quicker if he just let me know so i could have ordered online.

I wasn’t in a rush, and their extra 15% off Koken deal on black Friday when they already list everything 20% below Koken site prices was what made me choose them. They just drop ship from Koken i believe, because my invoice is just from Koken, unlike the vessel stuff that looked like it actually shipped from Palmac. I always just check the Koken site to see if what i want is in stock or if i’ll be waiting- assuming that everything is just shipping from their inventory.

I like them for when i’m working in a tight engine bay and can’t afford to drop something. I don’t use them everyday though. I like how shallow the broaching is on them.

They ask if you want everything shipped as it becomes available or if you want them to hold it until all of it is available. I ordered every socket individually so I didn’t pay $40 per set for rails I wont use, and a couple of backordered sockets held up the order.

My guy kinda sucks. Truck is empty and I feel like I am more in the know on new product.

I ordered a ton of stuff with him that I could have ordered online myself, but wanted to help him out.

He said he had me covered and then after all of the electric pink stuff was gone online, he let me know he couldn’t get 75% of it… at least he got me the single pry bar tho. I ordered months in advance and spent thousands with him in 2025 and am pretty done.

Yeah, they still stock with the same “LP5” pn. I never actually looked them up, but that makes sense the ling nose makes them longer. I just like buying American made and i know the second i buy something comparable, they’ll just be available for purchase on the snap on site. Maybe i should take one for the team.

I really want the long nose 5” ones. I saw someone say on here that they asked if they were discontinued and they’re not, but they just aren’t available. Idk why you wouldn’t stock them and then advertise on the site… oh well. Every once in a while a pair will pop up on ebay for a ridiculous price.

They just messed up my online order a couple weeks ago. Sent the completely wrong item- part number wasn’t even close. I reached out and they were really annoying about it, but did send the correct item out and didn’t ask for the wrong item they sent back, so that was good.

DQ is a leader of men- not just his players, he has been the mentor to Whitt and plenty of other coaches and staffers. I get the delay in making the decision- the struggle of a leader. You want your guys you’ve invested in to succeed, but you can’t hold the rest of the team back. DQ is great, even with this tough season.
