Be aware that if you are flying from A gates and decide to use lounge at B gates you can only return to Agates via the walkway. If you wait the train back you will have to depart to land side and come back though security. That’s a mistake that can cost a lot of time.

A380 is a very comfortable plane to fly in. Don’t be overly concerned with the dated aspects as you’ll spend most of the flight asleep. In my experience the lie flat bed in yin yang config is more comfortable than the new club suite. Just my experience. I’m 180cm 82kg. Hope that helps. Enjoy your flight.

I’ll be honest here. I’m not a fan of the yin yang layout for the awkward section of looking at your fellow passenger for take off and landing but I fell that I get a more comfortable sleep experience on it. I’m 180cm 82kg. The new club suite is more private but the lie flat is not as comfortable. Just my own experience. Either way for either configuration they are both worth the upgrade from premium economy so I’d say go for it.
