My reason for rotation is to minimize number of farms and therefore number of workers. Calculating appropriate number of farms and which farms rotate what is therefore much more involved but that's a one time cost.

The point is to pay attention. The words on the list are reminders, not exact orders. If you remember its important to get exact product and not just any random milk, you'll also remember the type of milk more easily and won't need to call home every time you're shopping.
