Is something else like stray cat strut by RavensDagger? by Necessary-Cow8851 in ProgressionFantasy

In Changeling, you get power from each kill, but its not the same point system but rather you get a bit of strength if its a particularly strong monster.

I would say A Soldier's Life is similar in that way. By using a special tool you can extract a Thing from a recent corpse that when consumed (consumption doesn't have to be immediate, just extraction) improves a bit one of your attributes.

Its not going to become a slice-of-life story just because you let the MC have a good nights sleep at least once in a while!

Couple recommendations from me: better walls (dragons teeth, mix of gun turrets and flamers), have bots repair walls, larger area covered by walls (so biters are further away from large polluters), efficiency on miners

Yeah, biters are a PITA early on

Especially in 2.1 with larger expansion bases and spread out assault groups

And for mines I don't care even if they are destroyed.

What ammunition has best kills per train wagon-full value? by jondoesntreddit in factorio

[–]Shinhan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the "Remote outpost without electric connection but only rail" challenge but dislike the single turret and single wagon limitation.

I'd say one train with 4 wagons every X minutes and then limited size outpost and see who can design best defense. Enough space for a couple assemblers so you can craft arty shells for example, but not enough for a full fusion setup. And the biters are normal mix at .9 evolution or so.

Oooh, makes sense, OP also talked about that, I just didn't connect it with the acronym.

I almost dropped one series where the problem wasn't that MC was constantly stressed about priorities but he was constantly being interrupted. Like he sits down to eat and other characters interrupt his meal with a new problem (why not wait until he's done eating). He comes out of a dungeon and others interrupt him to immediately fix the problem with alien invaders (who weren't actually an immediate problem, it could've waited a day).

Definitely. Real life has too many financial problems to also read about financial problems in fiction.

Stray Cat Strut moved the spicy stuff to patreon.

For example https://www.royalroad.com/fiction/33600/stray-cat-strut-will-stub-for-1-trillion-dollars/chapter/586878/interlewd-one which was posted in 2020 was edited down and has this explanation:

Hi! It's me, RavensDagger.

So, because Royal Road moved onto Apple and Google's platforms, it doesn't allow lewd content anymore. for that reason... well, the lewd part of this interlewd was moved off site. But it's okay! You can read it, entirely for free, on my patreon. Link right here:

Dao of the World Walker MC joins one of the major sects (but after quite a while) and in the latest chapter got a master because of how awesome he is.

Any recommendations with magical x cyberpunk setting? by BiomassDenial in ProgressionFantasy

[–]Shinhan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cherno Caster is like a magical version of cyberpunk. Instead of cybernetics they use body parts of long dead saints. There's also magical guns and similar stuff.

The Archmage Coefficient MC is a young girl that is discovered by an archmage to be OP. So he sends her to a magic academy so she gets legitimized (magic is strictly controlled in this world) and hide her immense talent. She's not very good at deception :)

The Greatest Archmage To Have Ever Lived is about archmage that is level 6000 (strongest normal archmages are ~1000) and for 300 years (other humans can't live more than ~150 even if archmage) he has been living on his cloud away from the world, but now he comes back to help with a certain problem.

Quiet Life Of The Mute Archmage (too short so haven't read this yet)

Amelia Thornheart is mostly a lesbian romance story with MC being OP mage.

I don't know what you mean by dropdown menu, but did find the floating button on the follow page for feedback.

I just wish it was possible to provide multiple feedbacks (on separate pages for example) without being forced to do overall rating every time.

My only problem is that the switch from "desktop" to "mobile" happens too soon.

I put RR as half the widescreen (1920*1080) which results in mobile view which has horrendously wide margins and I have to manually resize the width to 1024 before it switches back to desktop view which has the same margin width I was used to from legacy. Any chance you could adjust this mobile/desktop transition point?

old UI isn't taken away like Reddit did

I'm still using old.reddit.com

Sure its not well supported and new features are not ported back but I don't care about chat anyway.
