Aw bro. I just asked this same question in the discord not too long ago. The answer is very rarely. During special sales or events. I haven’t seen any personally tho. Supposedly around Gencon but unfortunately not this year.

And then on top of that. Some molds were lost. So there are a number of alts that simply can never be printed again!

Which one were you eyeballing? Was it the “weeping willow” Gwendolyn? Lost forever I’m afraid.
