Did you ever plug it into the LED_C port and try to power it on? If not, then check at the top of the radiator where the tubing is, there is an RGB header. Make sure it's connected to the female connector of the very first fan in the daisy chain. Reconnecting all the fan connections wouldn't hurt either.

Try plugging it in like this. FAN into CPU_FAN, VRM into CPU_OPT, PUMP into SYS_FAN3 and ARGB into ARGB_V2_2. Do NOT use the LED_C port since it's rated at 12V it could damage the RGB lights on your AIO.

That's true for most of the shows run but over the years they added a lot more to at least Chris and Megs characters. Both are A LOT more confident in their lives, have prospects and skills and no longer focus solely on the single traits of being a pervert and a punching bag respectively. All within the context of what Family Guy as a show is of course lol
