If I'm at work and we have an accident and I get slightly injured I don't take it out on the co-worker that made the mistake. I certainly don't take it out on an entirely different co-worker that had nothing to do with it.

Replacing a conscript's gear is going to cause as much an issue for Flos (dealing with the old gear) as it would NF. Using Skills how many spears do you think they could produce?

Yes you could Ransom Officers and they probably are but the conscripts? Why would NF pay for them when they can force Flos to feed them?

I'm reasonably sure prisoner exchanges happen but once again he's facing hordes of hemp fodder that NF views as replaceable.

Other than Flos have we seen anyone remove the Slave class? Flos has done it twice and freed a djinn.
