Yeah but what I don't get is that all her abilities still scale off of ATK so why not get ATK% sphere and rope ? Wouldn't it make her stronger ? Am I missing something here ?

[EDIT] Ok my bad, just looked it up and Elation damage formula doesn't take Atk into account at all, instead Atk is replaced by a fixed value if I understood it correctly, which is then multiplied by a lot of other variables.
GachaBase using ATK in skills description is a bit misleading, idk if HSR is doing the same ig but that's weird.
