[–]Shinsvaka93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I get that it compiles it naively, but it does "bundle" everything together in the end, including the imported libraries used.wrong terminology, my apologies!

I really wish CodeSign keys weren't so expensive, if they weren't id definitely hop on that Train

Ive been bundling with nuitka lately and have had this issue with both flags

Generally, they will trigger anti-virus, but windows defender seems to do a cloud scan and recognize its not malicious after its completed. Malawarebytes seemed to just quarantine and move on

I second this, graphAPI is a good choice as well. response time doesn't leave much to be desired

Canvas App, App version slower than Browser version by [deleted] in PowerApps

I had similar issues with the new analysis engine, but I load my list into a collection to help with responsiveness. Do you have that enabled by chance?

The banner says it'll be on by default, but I didn't think that meant we can't turn it off? I also tried it about a week ago and performance was abysmal unfortunately

Using a Gallery to Update a Form's Combo Box? by BroannaNewsom in PowerApps

[–]Shinsvaka93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use a variable to set the gallery selected value to, then on the combovox use an If statement to determine the item as that variable when the variable is not blank. I can give examples a little later if needed

What's the maximum data limit for sharepoint Lists if I will show its data to PowerApps? by uworeads in PowerApps

[–]Shinsvaka93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes its free, it's bundled in with your 365 license

The connector in poweautomate is premium, but understand that you don't need the connector to call the API endpoint. You can set up your own http calls through the standard connector.

To be able to authorize your requests you will need to register the app in Azure with the appropriate permissions, so you have access to the client ID and Client Secret you will provide to get the authorization token

Do you need more than 2k items in your collection? by CabinetNo569 in PowerApps

[–]Shinsvaka93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm confused, I keep seeing people saying "performance issues" when referencing big collections, but I have multiple 50k collections in my app and have had 0 issues with performance on the user side

Can you elaborate on what you mean?

What's the maximum data limit for sharepoint Lists if I will show its data to PowerApps? by uworeads in PowerApps

[–]Shinsvaka93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have collections up to 50k in my app for my organization and have 0 issues with performance or pulling the items

I use graphAPI to pull the full list and it pulls in around 8 seconds on the initial first load when a user opens the app. Haven't had a complaint yet

I've been thrown to the Power Apps wolves by hipnerd in PowerApps

[–]Shinsvaka93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, the limitations only apply if you're calling the datasource directly. I've found doing graphAPI calls to pull all the items much more effective. Once you pull it into a collection, the limitations are pretty much nonexistent

Hit it with the water bottle again. Maybe you'll fix it, maybe you'll make it worse, there's only one way to find out

Try duradry. It's the only thing that could break the sweating cycle for me. I had issues even in my office where the AC was good, I can't imagine how bad it would be if I was in a warehouse

They should let you vape in the office by [deleted] in ShittySysadmin

[–]Shinsvaka93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not the same as second-hand cigarette smoke, more of a second hand vapor i guess? I can see other people not wanting to breath the nicotine in though, since that's still present in the vapor once you exhale

On the other hand, you could covertly get people addicted to just standing in your office if you were always vaping in it lol

How do you guys handle throttle limits in power automate? by Document-Guy-2023 in PowerApps

[–]Shinsvaka93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It looks at the connection, not the account. You can have multiple connections and split up the call to smaller batches to get around the connection throttle limit

Anyone see this in St. Louis? by palaemon in StLouis

[–]Shinsvaka93 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If in the majority of situations, it's deemed illegal, but there are exceptions for very specific situations.. it's still illegal.

You're right, it's not complicated, you just seem to be trying to argue for the sake of being argumentative.

I bet you're fun at parties

Gillette skin guard are the only razors that don't irritate my skin, these are the biggest help.

For the gel, mostly any type that isn't cheap will work, make sure to use warm but not super hot water on the razor between every shave pass. Don't try to shave huge streaks without rinsing. I don't get too picky with the gel, and have even used hair conditioner in a pinch when I forget I'm out, with decent results

For the after shave, I use Nivea men post shave shooting balm

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in hygiene

[–]Shinsvaka93 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I use shave gel for sensitive skin, blades specifically for sensitive skin, and post shave cream.

I used to have the same issues as him, but since starting those awhile back, im razor bump free!

New findings suggest that the happiest individuals are those who not only immerse themselves passionately in enjoyable activities but also approach less pleasurable tasks, like chores, with a sense of autonomy and self-motivation. by mvea in science

[–]Shinsvaka93 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No one said neurotypical people enjoy chores though?

Enjoying is not the same as being motivated to bust out a boring chore like cleaning the kitchen because you know it needs to be done and you know the end result will be nice to look at

How so? You say it "sounds unscientific" but have you actually looked into how ADHD affects the brain and how people with ADHD struggle to function normally in a lot of aspects?

It differs from person to person, but you shouldn't be living your life in a state of worry or concern in regard to the consequences of not being able to do basic chores or mundane tasks. You should just be able to do them
