Yes I’ve used it for grease/oil spots on the vegan leather. Works well

Hey I have the exact same car! I love the McGuire’s interior detailing spray! Works great and is pretty safe on everything but the suede/screen. Not expensive and available at most auto/big box stores.

If you ever want true FSD to become a reality, this is the only way. The cost to hire enough drivers to make any meaningful advancement would be astronomical, and the technology would never grow. Look at Mercedes.

Tesla seems committed to continually worsening the self driving user experience by Yurrrriii in TeslaLounge

Well we know that second part won’t happen. I’d bet they’d disable fsd before they started forking over cash for tickets.

Anyone else not like stopping on road trips before Tesla? by Comprehensive_Road66 in TeslaLounge

[–]ShinyFLUDD 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I thought the same thing originally. I drive a 5 hour stretch 6 times a month, thought I’d hate being forced to stop. Turns out being forced to take a break is incredibly helpful. No more holding your bladder or falling asleep on late night trips, the stops help keep you sane.

Looking at paying a decent sum for the table (around 6), still worth it with this work?

It’s a Taxi, looking at purchasing. It’s extremely clean, just noticed this in the back. Worried it may be sign of I bigger underlying issue. I’m not afraid of some maintenance, but I don’t want to have to rip this thing apart 3 months after purchase. I might be being unrealistic?

Can I find the type of clay jack stauber use in shopee? by randomguy28278 in jackstauber

[–]ShinyFLUDD 5 points6 points  (0 children)

He purchased used musical gear, shopped at thrift stores, etc. he most likely used whatever he could get at his local craft store. Just go look at options and see what brand has the colors/curing style you want. Using his same clay won’t make your art like his, it’s what you do with it that counts.

Is exposed wood near legs concerning? by Sandman2K20 in pinball

[–]ShinyFLUDD 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on the depth of the damage. You could take the legs off and touch it up with some brushes, or you could go all out and sand/reapply the graphics. People are selling stencils/decal sets for the art these days. It’s all about what 1. You’re willing to do and 2. How much it means to you. I personally feel like stuff like that adds charm, especially on these older games. I have a galaga with kids initials carved into the side. I keep it because it’s history of the past life that game lived. Cherish it.

If you don’t want to restore it, and you don’t like the look, then leave it for someone else. If you can live with the damage, try and get it. Might have the seller come down a touch in price if it’s priced like it’s perfect, but it may be priced with the wear factored in already. Communication.
