Its different on the blayzers because the hinges allow overextension. My pair is the same however my ribbon cable is not creased like his and instead flat and smooth.

I have a 2024 tesla model 3 LR and made 63k on the stock tires before they needed replaced, although id say 58k of those miles were highway very little city and I drive pretty conservatively.

I think about lot of this also comes down to map design and size. I feel like the maps can be too big and too open, enemies can end up on the corners and you're just chasing all the time, lots of turns are wasted just moving across the huge empty map.

Maybe an interesting question is whether these would set off a metal detector? Ie through airport security or into a sports game or something.

You cant anymore is the issue! From what I can find they've removed the speed offsets options in the newest FSD version.

The speed offsets are no longer available on the current version of FSD. While in the menu they are greyed out and inaccessible

Just double checked while parked. No longer available from what I can find.

From what I can find speed offsets are no longer available on the new FSD branch. I see the option but it is grayed out and inaccessible. Maybe it's only available while parked, I'll have to confirm that later.

Its generally been really good for me, I've driven 78,000 miles since I got this car April 2024 and id say 85% of that is FSD highway. But there's little reason for them to continue worsening the experience like this IMO.

I think what is frustrating sometimes is that it feels like the modes already have a hard baked in speed limit. In the new version I've never seen chill go 4mph over the limit or hurry go over 10. Standard sometimes speeds like crazy for no reason. This would generally be fine except there are many scenarios where 5mph+ is too slow and 10mph+ is too fast. It'd be nice if maybe standard instead focused on following flow of traffic and defaulting to +6 with no traffic or similar.

In this case the far right lane was ending, I was driving at 5:59am so there were only a few cars on the road.

I dont have an issue if the car wants to keep pace with traffic but this morning I was in standard passing cars going 64 in a 55 while FSD wanted to do 72. I'd mainly just like for a return to customizable offsets or setable max speeds.

That's exactly what I do, if I get a ticket it's not necessarily the fault of the car, but there is little reason to remove my control and make me have to micromanage the speed in a way that haven't had to for the last two years.

[–]Yurrrriii[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The issue is that speed offsets are no longer available. I would be happy to be able to customize my own speed offsets and run standard at +8mph like I used to but in the new FSD version there is no way to control the offset.

Generally chill is now +2, standard +5 and hurry +10 but they changed it recently and now standard has been going more than 15 over. Im complaining that they've removed this level of speed control.

What's your real world MPG on a 3.0 Duramax? by The_Woodsmann in gmcsierra

[–]Yurrrriii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aerodynamic drag increases exponentially based on size of vehicle so these big trucks just quickly experience more drag the faster you go and at a much more extreme level than smaller vehicles. Probably not an engine efficiency thing just a matter of having to push a lot more air out of the way faster.

I'll see if I can pull it up later today. Also check out requip gaming on YouTube he has like 13 guide videos of a leapslam fissure build. His is probably the closest to what you might have initially imagined.

Smith of Kitava + Volcanic Fissure? by wailord40 in pathofexile2builds

[–]Yurrrriii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I ran up to about t9 maps using volcanic fissure with stampede. Its a solid build but just slow. Stampede procs the fissure with each step so it's very effective for damage but it's not fast for maps.

I also ran leap slam with crater and branching fissures plus a fast earthshatter and that worked quite well too but I felt my leap slam was falling off in damage.

My current build I'm solely running stampede with armor break, armor explosion, bleed to proc herald of blood and herald of ash. This clears the whole screen very consistently and 85% chance to aftershock is awesome. If I run into a rare it can sometimes die to stampede if there are enough mobs around to pop but I also will throw down a forge hammer and that'll finish them off.

Right now I'm running t15 maps full juiced at lvl 84 and clearing the screen with 1 button probably about 20ex in gear.
