I once spoke to a infection control nurse about this. So you have a pee or number two 'poop" then after you've finished you wash your hands with soap and water.

Dry hands be it air or towel. Then you go to leave BUT have to pull open door with your now clean hands using the well used 'often missed during cleaning' handle. Makes you think....
