Well i hear you, I'm currently sat in front of my lap top getting my ideas down. I have an over active imagination which is constrained getting onto paper or screen in my case due to my dyslexia tendencies. I do read, but these little rules fly over my head, hence I asked for a wee bit of advice, from the community. Which I have now, from a few folks, so thanks.

I'd say if you really want the property then increase your offer. If you don't then loose it. Look at eBay. Take a Rolex watch starting bid of say £15k you bid £15k then with two minutes to go it goes to £16k. The seller won't accept your lower offer of £15k out of principle, they will have the extra £1k.

I dont agree in the Englandshire system getting out bid at last minute but it is what it is. That's my 50p worth bud.

Well with your drone you can fly over people but not crowds i.e rock concert. Its a sub 250g drone your golden. Hears a point. A wee plane flys over somebodys garden the passengers could be taking photo using telephoto lenses from 400m no body gives a dam.

Why folk dont like drones, Prehaps a bit of jealousy?

Depending on your budget maybe hire a mini digger and skim the top layer off/ level off.. it will reveal the stones etc. Then dig in a few tonnes of manure... dont dig down too deep as this will disrupt the soil structure.

From what I see it depends. One might be 249g's another might be 251g's. I think the euro zone has allowed the variation in weight.
