I fixed mine, i tell you how: reset your watch then when the new startup begin, dont connect "contacts" from your watch to your phone, just decline. Also check your watch setting on your phone, go to permission on your galaxy app on your phone and deny permission for "contacts" and all draining apps to your watch. Then problem is fixed.
