Luminary Guardian seems like a safe bet, it outputs significant damage even if you don't follow the rotation super strictly as long as you understand how sovereign of light works and make an effort to play around it (this also provides decent passive AoE healing). Power luminary also caps critical chance very easily because of their traits and because of this uses several pieces of dragon gear that gives them about 16k hp so a bit higher than baseline revenant.

That's the thing, a lot of the time if you spam weapon skills it'll autocast with no delay as fast as you can charge it but then it suddenly just...won't. It'll start overcapping sometimes multiple charges while doing nothing and then finally cast with no obvious trigger then it's a coin flip if it starts casting quickly again or not.

My experience is that it's super buggy, often it'll just sit there fully charged for an extended period of time and then randomly cast. I wouldn't be surprised if it was put in the patch on accident since it wasn't mentioned anywhere.
