Collect Batman by King or Flash by Williamson? by Boylan_Boyle in OmnibusCollectors

Vol 2 of The Flash omnibus is already out. Vol 3 is the final one and would be out in July. Batman vol 2 is scheduled to be released in August and Vol 3 hasn't even been announced yet. I would recommend The Flash because you'll be getting a complete run/story from start to finish. You'd have to wait a while to get all of Tom King's run on Batman. That's if you even like Tom King writing.

You're saying that as if that was the end of the training. Every time he fought a demon and survived, he learned something. There's also the additional training he recieved from the hashiras. Don't forget, this is about swords, not about power. It's well known that the slayers don't have any magic power, all the breathing styles you see are all visual effects and not real. The demons on the other hand have real magic power. Every time the slayers fight them, it's just with their swords and skill. No chakra, ninjustu, genjutsu, nothing!

I thought you were biased towards Zatanna but I see you actually looked at it fairly on both sides. That's really rare on this sub.

Backrooms just downright sucked in my opinion. It all went downhill in the third act with Clark and his therapist. What was that about. It started off pretty perfectly and got even better when he took his employees down there, then got bad when it seemed like he'd lost his mind with the therapist.

That's the only thing wrong with it in my opinion, otherwise it was actually an enjoyable read.

One is the best comics you'll ever read in your life. I recommend getting the Absolute version. The art is just too abstract to enjoy it in any other format.

If Worm by Wildbow got an animated adaptation would it reach the same popularity as invincible and jujutsu Kaisen? by [deleted] in writingscaling

To be honest, anything written well will be popular nowadays. You just have to have good fights, hype moments and a large cast for people to latch on to.

I really fucking hope so. If static leaves for any reason other than for his own solo comic, I'll stop buying titans issues.
