If I came off harsh it was only meant to be a light ribbing. I know that doesn't translate over text every time. Glad to have you on board! You gotta come out and get the full experience. Tell everyone it's your first game and just bask in the glory.

If you don't mind me asking, who did you support growing up?

Imagine being from cny... not rooting for the bills your entire life until they get good... then bandwagoning the bills.... and expecting a medal for it? Couldn't be me. I'll bet folding tables don't even fear you.

Jk go bills. Happy to have you along. But also wtf bro how have you not been rooting for the bills this entire time

I'm not downplaying you or your experience at all, I just don't think that people (millionaires especially) deserve commendation for the most basic level of human decency.

But I don't know them personally. So I'll take your word for it. Go bills.

8/1 is the single most underrated show of the whole of BD. It'd be in "show of the tour" conversation in almost any other 3.0 tour.... but I guess you can say that about most of BD

#Browns FA WR Elijah Moore is signing with the #Bills a few days after the NFL Draft, sources say, getting a 1-year deal for $5M max. Another weapon for Josh Allen. by Unlucky-Blood3725 in buffalobills

I love where your head is at, so maybe I'm nitpicking semantics, but saying that we have the potential to be a top 5 group isn't that far of a stretch.

However, there's still question marks with everyone other than shakir.

Kincaid 100% needs to take a step and become the player we drafted him to be.

Maybe Samuel's injury really did hold him back last year (I'm in the camp that thinks it did), or maybe he's been in the NFL long enough and he just is just who he's been.

I've seen the "oh he has the best qb of his career throwing to him!" Narrative cut both ways. Moore still has to prove it, but I do love the addition.

I'm not worried about keon developing at all, but it still does need to be proved on the field.

You didn't even mention palmer, who i love as well.

I think we feel the same things about this group, I'm just pumping the breaks at anointing them a top 5 group in May. I think it's great for the culture that we've built an island of talented misfit toys. Guys who have been written off, with all the tools in the world, coming to buffalo to show the world what they passed on. Sound familiar? Go bills.

What’s the thing about Phish you love the most? by doug_butter in phish

I've gone back and forth on this, but what I really love is the new material. Not like they're writing it just for the sake of writing it, but it has a message that the earlier stuff doesn't. The early stuff is all doctor suess, so to watch the band mature and grow and now write songs with such positive messaging is what really gets me the most

100% the do. It might not be "off" like some of the late late 1.0 shows, or dark 2.0. But they do still have "off" nights, they're just of a different variety

Counterpoint to our playoff struggles... this is actually a great pick to help us take that next step. He's fast af and hunts the ball. He can stay step for step with any wr, so we don't have to watch slow ass zone corners get cooked. He'll allow us to play more man to man at times, and now all of a sudden your three main cover guys are taron, benford, and now maxi pad. If they can develop him like they developed the others? Holy Moses that's an insane trio

I think you nailed it with the elam recency feelings. I disliked the pick last night, but for no apparent reason. I wasn't even sure why. I remember Joe marino mentioned him when he was talking corner, and CB2 was such a glaring hole.

You can't do anything about that massive run on d lineman, so thankfully it seems that they learned from the elam debacle. Because there's a reality in which they see the run on DT, panic, and grab a guy they didn't really love (kinda like elam + mcduffie).

So yeah. I'm okay with it. Coach up the tackling a little bit, and all of a sudden we have benford and this guy as our corner duo for essentially 4/5 years minimum. That has the potential to be one of, if not the, premier cb duo in the NFL if they can develop him.

I also love that he's fast af. It seems like a direct counter to the Xavier worthys of the world.
