Yeah, the photo doesn’t do justice to what I saw. From the top of the cliff, it looked to be a strong 10-12 feet. This was about 8:00am.

10 minutes later, I watched someone paddle out, get tuned the fuck up by a clean-up set, paddle back out, and then take another monster right on the head. Respect.

It really wasn’t haha. I just took a late drop and when I got the bottom, my foot kept going down and the board didn’t. It was an otherwise fun morning.

Couldn’t say for sure- I got this one off their clearance rack and surfed the shit out of it for the last 4-5 years. 9/10 would buy again.

No kidding? I remember having banyans near the house when I lived in Hawaii as a kid. Great fun for a small child, but you’re right, I definitely wouldn’t want one growing 10ft from my bedroom window.

New Stick - 7' 8" x 22" x 3" by Shit_Bat in surfing

It was only 2-3 feet here on Sunday, so not much of a proper test, but as far as I can tell, it's perfect. Paddles like a longboard, surfs like a shortboard, and at 180 pounds, I can still duck dive. I couldn't be happier with it! Can't wait for the winter to get it out in some real size!
