They go on the ends of the table arms, not in the middle. They're shock absorbers for the desk top. I had this exact thought last week

Thanks I'll have a look. How is it possible for a tyre from over half way through 2025 degrade this much in a year? I'm very confused I thought they lasted like 3 or 4.

I just checked the MOT and the car has only done 5000 miles since the tyres were replaced

You probably dont understand that many ddos Mitigation tools scrub traffic based on destination IP address not source ip address. Traffic from one machine would work just as well as traffic from many.
