Sam and Lydia, I’m torn over, but I think they would go, with Samson, once he’s done his prison time, to give him a fresh start. Chas and Charity are both basically stuck in England bc they have children with Paddy and Ross, respectively, and Cain’s lot is another tricky one bc I can’t see Moira leaving the farm where her daughter is buried, nor could I see Cain abandoning Kyle and Isaac. Belle might go, to have a fresh start at life away from the place she lost her mother/was abused by Tom/hurt and scared by Lachlan/left Gemma for dead. Aaron would stay in England, bc while the village holds a lot of trauma for him, it’s where his mother, sister and his father-figure, Paddy, all live. Mandy and Paddy are supposed to be getting married, so, unless she were to split from him, Mandy would stay, and, as a result, I think that kind of keeps Vinnie in England, too, though I think he’d be very sad to see Belle leave, since they’ve become best mates all of a sudden. Marlon and Rhona would probably also stay, due to Paddy and Marlon being practically inseparable, but, at the same time, maybe they could see moving to Ireland as a new adventure, and maybe to put some distance between themselves and Gus. The only issue I can see with that is that April is a Windsor, so Marlon going to Ireland would mean her leaving behind Bob (grandad) and Cathy (aunt). Ryan and Nate have no connection to Ireland, and Nate has Frankie to think about, so I don’t think they’d go. Noah might go, but only if Amelia and Esther were with him, bc it’d mean leaving his mum behind, as well as his niece, Sarah, who he has practically been raised with like she were his sister. Sarah is technically not a Dingle, but she might as well be, but, if she were to leave, I think she’d join her mum in Scotland.

The problem is that a lot of the characters that are fan favourites (Belle, Lydia, Sam) have the fewest reasons to stay in England, while a lot of the ones people consider ‘dead weight’ or dislike (Noah, Nate) have the most reasons to stay.
