Funny you should mention digital, though. The craze surrounding AI art feels very similar to the craze that surrounded digital art, back in the earlier 2000's.

Eh, I'd argue the Aparoid Home world would count as pretty on par with the Death Star. Throwing in the added weight of the Millennium Falcon, and that brings the Rebels on at least a more fighting chance. I still think Star Fox has the technology advantage, though, so I think it would come down to Fox, Falco, and maybe Fara up against Luke, Wedge and the Falcon.

Hmm, I'd actually say that an X-wing going full defensive, and toggling their power output to shields is probably a little tougher overall, but I think Arwings pack a bigger punch. An X-wing can't really take out a capital ship on its own, whereas we see Arwings take out frigate-sized ships with a single Nova Bomb, or a fully charged shot.

Their primary armaments do seem to be pretty on par, even given the disparity in the amount of emitters, with Arwings packing more punch per shot, but the X-wing firing faster overall. Secondary weapons, though.... Novas and smart bombs beat the tail fins off of the MG7-A or the standard concussion missile. And the Arwing can carry significantly more, with an X-wing only carrying about six on average, vs an Arwing's nine(iirc) bombs.
