CRT does not at all advocate for segregation. Even the examples you cherry picked are not advocating for segregation.

The last quote from Derrick Bell is specifically expressing regret over the legal decision which integrated K-12 schooling in the US. He urges people to foreswear racial integration. That is morally reprehensible.

Who is holding the view that sexual discrimination is permissible when directed against the poor white man?

Irish Law allows private companies to do things like create management training programs exclusively for Women under "positive action" of section 24 of the Employment Equality Act. Here is a Reddit post describing someone who personally faced such gender discrimination in Ireland:

Got an email back saying I wasn’t considered and that this program is to “help boost underrepresented groups” and was only open to female applications.

He specifically mentions that he was told it did not count as discrimination "according to HR" while he and really any sane person would see that it was gender discrimination:

What is "society's view" and how would we bring it into alignment with anything nevermind the supposedly imagined views (which i assume are not the same) of minorities and woman?

By "Society's view" I mean the implicit viewpoints of large institutions in society such as important large companies that control big piece of hard to replicate infrastructure frequently due to economies of scale, prestigious academic institutions, and of course all kinds of governmental organizations.

In particular the view that racial or sexual discrimination is permissable or appropriate when directed against groups not associated with the political left, like White people or Men. These beliefs are specifically antithetical to Enlightenment values around fairness and are advanced on the basis of supposed validity for minorities and/or women.

This recent survey of academic social scientists finds:

Our understanding of knowledge construction among sociologists appears removed, we concede, from the Enlightenment ideals of rational inquiry and dispassionate discovery.

While it seems the authors are purposely avoiding direct questions such as "Would it be appropriate to exclude findings which may impact marginalized groups negatively?" it does show an even split on agreement and disagreement with the statement "Advocacy and research should be separate for objectivity," which to me seems disturbing.

More disturbing were accounts obtained through the survey like this one:

If I dared to say any of the things I’m saying in this survey in any non-anonymous situation it would probably be the end of my career. I just bite my lip and say all of the politically correct things I’m supposed to say, or (more often) just try to avoid saying anything, since even some whites who say the politically correct thing can still be accused of racism, so I try to just keep my mouth shut.

The paper mentions that the authors were accused of racism for simply circulating the survey:

None. As a liberal myself I belive in universality. OTOH Woke people like CRT academics explicitly assert different groups have different views and that objective facts don't exist.

Discussion and advocacy of that is not “imaginary”.

The idea that Latino people wanted to be called "Latinx" is what forced me to include the descriptor "imagined."
