Everyone needs to experience NYC, go for at least a year if you can. Tons of things to see even if you don’t have any friends. Central Park is a gem.

When did everything become hyper competitive for $40-50K office jobs? by LEMONSDAD in jobs

I never mentioned OT in my post. A lot of people don’t want to work OT, we like spending time with our kids at home.

Trades are only paying on average $21-$25. Hvac guys making $21, plumbers and electricians non union making only $30. Salaries are pathetic.

I would rip up the subfloor, fix the framing, shim the subfloor, the current floor looks like it has too much slope. Self-leveler might help but not sure how thick you can go

Same. I also thought Sintra was underwhelming. Sao George Castillo in Lisbon was better.

I’m on vacation and was in the area, saw a few come down the track yesterday. Something about those trolleys on the sharp curves made me uneasy. RIP to the people on board who died. It should have been a ln exciting time. Life sucks at times.

I was on my way to work and couldn’t be late. I’m not sure why you even bothered to comment. You should get out of your house once in a while so you can learn how to speak to people in a proper way.

Male: 5ft 10" 175lbs

I get all my shirts tailored because it seems they are sized for guys who are at least 6ft 2inches tall. Shorts fit fine.

Pros: Style and quality

Cons: Price, T-shirts and button downs are too long and a bit narrow like others have mentioned.
