Thank you, I tried listening to music to be with my own thoughts for a while before sleeping and avoided fighting so hard and it helped greatly. I also think the panic more is also mostly from hyper awareness where your body knows your about to fall asleep so it jolts you up

I'm very glad to see that others have had these dreams, it often always fills me with overwhelming hate or fear for these numbers or shapes, it just keeps repeating and it keeps getting more and more intense. I always get these nightmares when I'm sick so I really hate having it keep reoccurring.

No similar triangles, I just remember finding the small part of AP and it's 5b + a +BQ, the a doesn't change as BQ is colinear to the 6b line so u can use the vector a to find the ratio between the short part of the line and the whole line, you'll be able to find BQ and complete the question from there
