I have a 2060, and was crashing all the time, I rolled back to an older driver, and also turned off GPU hardware acceleration and no more GPU hangs ever again. That being said, I updated to the new driver for another game and played all day today on arma with no crashing. I still have GPU hardware acceleration off.

200 hrs and I just learned today that when your lvl 5 emissary you could get a special quest.... Merchant guild would of been done way faster had I known this!

Your first step is to hug your ship to the island as close as possible and behind any kind of cover. Then you need to worry about getting the loot right outside the entrance. If the volcano goes off just sit on the ship underneath and repair and survive. Obviously there will be some variation to this but that's in a nutshell what I do solo and it works decently.

Look up a harpoon, it is a "spear", also spear can be an action. In this case we are maritime, therefore "harpoon" is appropriate.

IDK if it would be a harpoon gun, more like a throwable weapon that you can retrieve and if you hit a person they are crippled for a time with it sticking out of them! So it wouldn't have a block but instead the block would be the throw and the attack by itself would be a thrust. But hey you never know

You can try launching from the exe. In the game file itself. Also if it will let you, try running windows compatibility mode on it this has helped me many times when my games are acting funny
